 * Give Federal Reserve 50% of the Company to cover certain implementation costs across various sectors, and begin transitioning us to a stronger overall model.
 * Agreements on targeted healthy operating budget... Goal to get to the point where taxes are built into costs effectively... and government manages those structures with tools built/maintained by the private sector. SP Funds are used instead of loans.
 * Federal Reserve agrees to structured release of SP shares... to launch this complex privatized insurance solution.

 A unique bet could be tied to the national debt. This may be the best way we can set up a long-term negotiating dynamic between the US Government and the private sector partners maintaining this overall grid.
